After the Specification file has been built and all the equipment placed into it, the OpenComms Fiber tab can be used to route fiber sheaths and place equipment. The different sections of the Fiber tab contain tools which will allow the user to modify, delete, connect, disconnect, review, or break fiber sheaths.
